Ancient kings and stuff...

Updates:

My boots still stink. I doused them with Febreze this morning to no avail. Yeah, I use Febreze. Yes, I'm aware of the eleventy billion email "warnings" about how this stuff is going to kill my cat. It's a load of baloney. I'll tell you something about Febreze, though: my boots do not smell any better. The cat continues to hump them due to their stinkiness, which results in my using half a roll of masking tape to "de-fur" them each morning.

I heard this priceless conversation, between two young women who surely must keep the makers of Aqua Net in business, on my way home from work:

Aqua Net Girl #1: Did I tell you what Sean did t'me th' other night?

Aqua Net Girl #2: Nuh-uh.

#1: He goes, like, "I'm bringin' a movie over for us to watch tonight, okay?" And I go, "Oh, what movie?" And he goes, "'Caligula.'" "'Caligula,'" I go, "what's that?" And he says, "Oh, you know, it's got like ancient kings and stuff in it like you like." So he puts it on, and it was a fuckin' porno!!! I was soooo embarrassed...
