Sad to see you go! But before you do, how did you manage to download your old entries? I've been trying to do that for ages to no avail..

I believe you have to be a paying member (Gold or Supergold) to have that be an option. I was able to download it right from the site.

Since you bring it up (sort of), this is one of the reasons I'm leaving. I've paid out a not-insubstantial sum of money over the years, and for over half that period of time, any help requests I've submitted have gone unanswered. It's just a bad way to run a business, so I am taking MY business elsewhere.

Ah, that's the rub...gotta pay to download. Well, it's definitely worth paying at least once to get access to my archives. I feel you on the total lack of support on this site - I don't think anyone's running it anymore! I've never had a help request get answered. But I still come back for some reason (probably because they have all my data).
